Over Easter Weekend 2023, Holden Club Central Incorporated will host the Seventeenth Holden Nationals at Fly Palmy Arena in Palmerston North. Holden Club Central is one of 17 clubs affiliated to the New Zealand Holden Federation, which supports the positive promotion of the Holden brand. Every second year, the Holden Nationals are hosted by one of the federated clubs with event locations alternating between the North and South Island. All makes of Holden vehicles are entered and they are judged in several different categories.
On Easter Saturday, 8 April 2023 the club will host ‘Show Day’ at the Fly Palmy Arena and the Arena will be opened from 9 am to 4 pm to allow members of the public to view the 100 or more Holdens which have been entered into the Nationals. The display will include Holdens from the 1950’s to present day.
