Teams Scrutineering: Saturday 7 February, 12:30pm–3.00pm
Head down to Te Marae o Hine – The Square for your chance to view the racing vehicles and this year’s competing teams!
Driver signings: Saturday afternoon from 3:45pm (ticket holders only).
Head under the bridge or to Barber Hall if the weather isn’t too flash at the Arena to meet the teams.
Racing: Public Gates open from 3pm, Racing Starts 6.30pm
Ticket collection: Gate 2 (Cuba Street) will be open from 10.00am on both Saturday and Sunday. for ticket sales and ticket pick-ups. If you’re picking up tickets before the weekend, you can do so from our office on the ground floor of the Grandstand building (entry via Gate 1, Waldegrave Street) during office hours from Monday – Thursday. Please bring valid ID or your ticket purchase confirmation email.
Event-day ticket purchases: Tickets can be purchased from Gate 2, Gate 3, and the back-fields entry to the venue. Pre-purchased ticket holders can enter through any entry point.
Mobile tickets: If your ticket is on your phone, please: turn your brightness up, switch to light mode. If your phone screen is damaged (e.g. cracked), we recommend printing your tickets to avoid scanning issues.
Onsite-parking: Available via Gate 4 (Pascal Street) on a first come, first served basis. — Car parking opens from 2:00pm and is $20 per vehicle. There will be a short lockdown on this car park at the conclusion of racing to allow for the safe departure of pedestrians.
Free street parking: Available around the Railway Land (Church & Main Street), first come, first served.
Camping: Available on our back fields from 10:00am, Friday 6 February. Access is via Gate 5 (Pascal Street) and campsites are first come, first served.
Racing:The Grand Parade will start at 6:00pm both event days, with racing beginning after the parade.
Food, bags & entry conditions: Food and beverage will be available for purchase at the venue. Commercially prepared food (e.g. Domino’s, Pizza, KFC, McDonalds) is not allowed . Home-prepared food is allowed (sandwiches, baking, salads, fruit). Other prohibited items include prams and hi-vis clothing Bag searches will be conducted upon entry and prohibited items will be confiscated. Anyone who is, or appears to be, intoxicated will not be permitted entry.
A few other things to note: Videohub is the official streaming provider for the event. Please beware of scam links and only use Videohub’s official site. If the weather isn’t favourable on Sunday night, the event will roll over into Monday. The event does include the use of pyrotechnics and a fireworks display during the event on both days. We recommend ear muffs for young ones!
Rain-Out Policy: In the event of a rainout, tickets move to the next day of racing: If Saturday 7th February is a rainout your tickets will be valid for Sunday 8th February, and Sunday’s tickets will roll over to Monday 9th February. If Sunday 8th February is a rainout, your tickets will roll over to Monday 9th February. No refunds for a rainout if the ENZED Superstock Teams Champs goes ahead on the following day/s.
Please note:
- This policy excludes ENZED Superstock Teams Champs.
- No cash refunds will be issued unless required by law.
- Original tickets must be retained and presented at the alternative event for entry.
- Event rescheduling or substitution details will be communicated through official channels.
